The nose displays excellent aromatics with an array of blackcurrant and dark mulberry aromas to the fore followed by some black olive, light tobacco leaf, cedar and spice notes. Medium weight with an elegant mouthfeel the palate possesses delightful ripe blackcurrant and dark cherry flavours over a background of cedary tobacco leaf, subtle black olive and spice. Very fine grained tannins. Excellent depth with a long blackcurrant, dark cherry, spicy tobacco leaf and dusty cedar aftertaste. Cellar 4-5 years.
