Medium bodied the palate has a fresh vibrant feel to it with flavours of spicy red raspberries and red cherry flavours sitting over subtle infusions of incense and earth. Slightly dryish finish with finely grained tannins and bright acidity. The mix of fruit sweetness, savouriness and spiciness is exemplary. Boysenberry, black cherry and sweet raspberry flavours blend seamlessly with dry spice, earth and peppers.
