Herbaceous gooseberry and lime scents have a subtle smoky mineral like overlay followed by some grassy asparagus and green capsicum notes. Intense lime, green apple and ripe gooseberry flavours show good textural volume with some herbaceous asparagus, delicate smoky mineral and cut grass elements lying underneath.
