Timo showcases his German touch with this small-parcel Pinot Noir from Germany’s Remstal region, a picturesque pocket of Württemberg east of Stuttgart. Made in collaboration with his son River, this wine carries Timo’s signature flair—layered, textural, and unapologetically funky. Darker and richer than his Yarra Valley Pinots, it shows the influence of its cool-climate origins while still offering that whole-bunch spice and structure that defines his style.
