Aged for 12 months in 228L ‘untoasted’ barrels. 30% new, the rest 2nd and 3rd fill. Oak from the Pierre du Bourgogne forest. Aromas of strawberry alongside notes of forest floor and mushrooms. Linear, tight with a mineral core coated with some beautiful texture and red fruits.
