A recent addition to the BLANK Bottle portfolio, this oaked chardonnay has a hint of lime. The name translates to sea air, a reference to the refreshing ocean breeze that flows over the vines from False Bay.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBLANK Bottle, Orbitofrontal Cortex 2023\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA fun, dry white blend of winemaker Pieter Walser’s twelve favourite grapes, resulting in a layered wine with notes of lime, pear, rose water, and orange zest, and a long finish. Varieties that make their presence felt include Chenin, Verdelho, and Chardonnay, but all twelve come together in harmony. Fresh yet creamy, pair with grilled fish or poultry.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBLANK Bottle, Pierre Le Cois 2022\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA Bordeaux blend hailing from the Helderberg Mountain in Stellenbosch. The soils are iron and clay rich, ideal for water retention and achieving perfectly ripe fruit. On the nose, expect dark plum and graphite blended with hints of cedar and spice.
