A 100% Tempranillo Rioja with 4 months oak ageing, that bridges the styles of modernity and tradition.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSourced from a single vineyard in La Mata, the selected grapes were picked during the first two weeks of October. Vinification started with a cold maceration for two days, then fermentation in stainless steel tank between 26and 28 ºC for two weeks. The wine was kept in the same tanks for a post-fermentation maceration for a further two days.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAmerican new oak barrels were filled in in December 2023 and kept until the following March; then very softly clarified with peas protein and bentonite before bottling in April 2024.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTasting Notes: Intense garnet colour with typical aromas of red berries and hints of liquorice from the fruit. Notes of vanilla and caramel from the new American oak are more discerned on entry to the palate.
