As the first generation to make bottled wine their philosophy is to produce high quality wines with as little human intervention in the winery as possible. In order to achieve this the work that takes place in their fields is fundamental. Everything is done to favour the best quality grapes produced under the strict principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTragolargo white wine is made from Moscatel vines located in the Salinas de la Mata Natural Park in Torrevieja and Malvasía from Puerto de La Harina Estate in Villena. Booth plots have very sandy and saline soils.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are hand harvested in July – August using small crates. After a strict selection process at the winery the grapes are then gently fermented with the skins with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Contact time with skins 30 days.
