Its considered Erste Lage (Premier Cru) on 35 year-old vines.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe grapes were hand-harvested and directly pressed, spontaneous fermentation and élevage in 500L neutral tonneau for 15 month.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eStylistically this would be between a concentrated Burgundy (Top Chablis?) and toned Jura. A Chardo that grabs the palate, delivering immense concentration and power with only 12.5% abv. Granny smith and grapefruit peel, smoky minerality, salty, with good Grip.
