The large and ancient forests of pine and olive trees, and small white adobe houses, gave rise to the name “Casas del Bosque”, meaning “forest houses”.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eToday the estate covers 153,64 hectares of vineyard in the Casablanca Valley, dedicated exclusively to the production of cool climate varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir and Syrah, with a focus on sustainable viticulture. After graduating from the University of Padua, he continued his studies of viticulture and vinification, working in wineries in Italy, New Zealand and California. He joined the winemaking team at Casas del Bosque in 2017 and in 2023 was awarded “Young Winemaker of the Year” by the CAV.
