Consequently, in 2023, they decided to focus solely on producing the Bacchus Fumé. The wine is partially aged in neutral oak (40%), which enhances its texture without imparting oak flavour. The resulting wine features aromas of ripe, fleshy pear and English apple with hints of rose petal.
