As it ages the colour deepens and the peach note gives way to the honeyed tones. On the palate: Full and rich with an unctuous texture; its acidity is moderate, and the emphasis is on stone fruit, fullness and smoothness. The alcohol level is high for a white wine, giving a warmth to the finish.
