This particular release is a cask-strength expression finished in orange-brandy barrels, a deliberately unusual finishing choice that layers concentrated citrus and brandy-liqueur character onto the distillery’s malt base and is presented as part of OMAR’s “cask strength\/liqueur finishâ€?series. Bottled at around mid-50s ABV and released in limited runs (several thousand bottles in the 2021\/2022 releases), they are non chill-filtered, with natural colour.
