This is the same plot as the Enz Old Vineyard, but harvested four weeks later when the vines have lost their leaves. Located in the very small appellation of Lime Kiln Valley in San Benito County. Vinification: whole bunch maceration, followed by maturation in barrels that have seen 8 to 14 wines.
