All are very well made, well structured and of-course, Pure Wines.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis cuvee is called Les Clousot, a younger parcel of the domaine that produces the lighter, ethereal examples. Dark forest berries, mineral backbone and a touch of freshness.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe recommend serving lightly chilled (7 minutes in the fridge) and opening 10-20 minutes before drinking (or more where possible).
