The grapes were harvested by hand with yields around 35-40 hl\/ha. The grapes are moved by gravity (and all work is done by gravity). Natural vinification, total destemming, 8 days of maceration of the berries, followed by pneumatic pressing, 10 months of aging in concrete tanks.
