Sans This is an excellent wine, with many of the complexities foundin ‘Champagneâ€?base. The colour is pale straw. The nose displaysthe complexity of still Champagne with cashew, almond andbiscuit aromas in front of a slightly smoky background. Thepalate is a delight with creamy strawberry and spiced biscuitflavours with just a hint of pineapple. Clean crisp acid finishand very long aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years.Z
