Sans This is a superb, tightly knit Cabernet �quite restrained at the moment demanding time to achieve complete harmony. Opaque crimson colour. Superb nose, displaying aromas of cedar, blackcurrant, violets and confectionary �and awaiting a complete blossom in 10 years time. The palate is tight with the Cabernet Sauvignons fine tannins creating a frame work that lasts well into the aftertaste. The fruit flavours are concentrated dominated by spicy blackcurrants, excellent balance and very long aftertaste. Cellar 8 �10 years.
