The wine was matured for 28 months in American oak hogsheads.Deep crimson colour with black centre.Pronounced nose with aroma of vanilla oak, spice, toasty oak and liquorice followed by a tarry end note.Mouthfilling palate flavours of plum, spice, liquorice and vanilla- excellent weight and mouthfeel. Long concentrated palate flavours �perfect balance, fine grained tannins and a very long persistent aftertaste.Cellar 5-8 years.
