Sans A magnificent example of Coonawarra Cabernet. Opaque crimson mauve colour, with a degree of intensity that is the hallmark of a perfectly balanced wine. The nose then delivers what the eyes are telling it to expect. Intense aromas of blackcurrant and liquorice with a spicy oak background and just a trace of earthiness. The flavours fill the mouth and reflect what has already been experienced on the nose and more. Great concentration of fruit with blackcurrant and liquorice perfectly interwoven with vanillin oak. Fine grained tannin structure and very long after flavour. A superb wine and a must for the cellar. Age for 5 �10 years.
