Sans Deep crimson red colour, medium body.The nose displays aromas of ripe plums, stewed fruit and blackberry followed by spicy liquorice.On the palate flavour of spice and stewed fruit are followed by fine yet firm dry tannins which linger well after the aftertaste of plum, blackpepper and stewed fruit.Cellar 5-8 years.
