The grapes are sourced from Graham’s prime vineyards in the Douro Valley, where conditions are ideal for producing high-quality fruit. Graham’s 1997 Vintage Port is produced from top-quality grapes, fermented and foot-trodden in open vats. After fortification with aguardente, the wine matures in oak casks before being bottled. Complex, rich and full-bodied, with dark berry and blackcurrant flavours. It has a firm structure and fresh acidity, leading to a long, harmonious finish.
