Sans Vibrant, youthful crimson purple colour.The nose is a little subdued but reveals distinct minty, liquorice, spice and blackberry aromas.The palate is tightly knit with distinct mint and plum flavours.Very youthful, yet well balanced by a fine grained tannin structure, finishing with a long inky blackberry aftertaste.Cellar 8-10 years.
