Sans Bright medium bodied crimson mauve colour.The nose has a distinct earthy, farmyard aroma which is supported by some spicy end notes.The earthy flavours dominate the palate, but are supported by a ripe plum and stewed fruit background.The acidity appears to be alittle on the high side with an earthy green nuance on the finish and aftertaste.Cellar 2-3 years.
