Sans An excellent Shiraz from Margaret River.Very deep crimson colour.The nose displays an earthy, leather, spice nose with ripe plum and coconut in the background.A very appealing sniff!The palate is full bodied with strong spice and blackpepper flavour supported by a plum and liquorice background.Fine grained tannins, excellent balance, followed by long vanilla, coconut, plum, spice and blackpepper aftertaste.Cellar 5-8 years.
