Sans Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot.As in the past, fruit has been sourced from 24 different blocks which make up the Blue Pyrenees Estate, and this is done in order to achieve maximum complexity in the finished wine.Opaque crimson mauve colour.The nose is a little restrained at first and reflects the generally tight knit structure of the wine.A very refined palate displaying flavours of blackcurrant, spice with plum and marzipan emerging.Fine grained tannins with excellent flavour persistence.Cellar 5-8 years.
