Very deep crimson mauve colour, almost opaque. Magnificent nose with lifted aromas of spice, raspberry and liquorice. The palate explodes with flavour, superb ripe fruit – mouthfilling. Ripe mixed berries, raspberries, liquorice and spice. Excellent depth of flavour and concentration – perfect balance, fine grained dry tannins, with very long plum, raspberry, liquorice and spice aftertaste. Cellar for 5-8 years.
