Sans A superb wine and only available on a very strict allocation to a lucky few. The wine was matured in French oak for 15 months. Opaque black, crimson colour. Magnificent nose with aroma of vanilla, spice, liquorice and blackcurrants. Totally mouthfilling palate with abundant flavour of dark chocolate, vanilla and blackcurrant. Outstanding depth and persistence of flavour- fine, firmish dry tannins, but perfectly balanced with very long aftertaste of vanilla, blackcurrant, spice and cinnamon.
