Sans Very deep crimson colour, with some crimson brick red hues. On the nose the Merlot is very evident, with truffle to the fore, followed by blackcurrant, cedar, liquorice and dark chocolate. On the palate flavours of blackcurrant, cedar and liquorice all sorts. Excellent length and depth. Fine grained dryish tannins followed by a long cedar, blackcurrant and spice aftertaste.
