Sans Seppelt pioneered Drumborg in South West Victoria, as a viticultural area way back in 1964.The early years proved to be very difficult, with vigour problems and very late vintages.The 1998 Chardonnay is surprisingly the first still Chardonnay to be released from Drumborg as previously the Chardonnay was used to produce Sparkling wine.This is a magnificent wine.
