Sans Taylors is a brand that you’ve probably passed over in the last few years, however, times have changed.A new winemaker, the parting of old oak barrels and some very impressive wine, with the usual modest Taylors price tag.Deep crimson colour with mauve edges. Excellent nose filled with the aroma of confectionary, vanilla, spice and blackcurrant.Mouthfilling ripe fruit palate flavours, dominated by blackcurrant spice and plum.Excellent length, fine, quite dry tannins with long spicy cinnamon oak and blackcurrant aftertaste.Cellar 3-4 years and wait for the tannins to soften.Great value for money.
