Sans Bight straw colour. Aromas of honey, spice, toasted oak, melon and fig followed by distinct barrel ferment, yeast lees aroma. Mouthfilling palate, flavours of spicy oak, melon, ripe figs and nut enhanced by a creamy texture. Hints of grapefruit and apricot on the back palate. Cellar 3-4 years.
