Sans A very impressive red produced from the Cape Jaffa ‘Siberia’ block. Matured in 50% new French oak for 18 months. Deep crimson colour. Very intense nose, with aromas of toasted oak, cedar and blackcurrant. Totally mouthfilling palate structure with very spicy blackcurrant, toasted oak and plum flavours. Fine grained tannins, perfect balance, excellent depth and concentration of flavour, followed by long aftertaste of pepper and toasted oak. Cellar 4-5 years.
