Sans Deep crimson mauve colour. A very appealing nose – filled with the aroma of mint, spice, truffle, vanilla and blackcurrant with confectionery end notes. The palate structure is quite tight – and will need time to integrate with the tannins. Flavours of blackcurrant, spice and liquorice are followed by mint and chocolate. Fine grained firmish dry tannins which layer onto the aftertaste, followed by nuances of blackcurrant and liquorice. Cellar 3-4 years.
