Sans Opaque deep crimson colour with a black heart. Superb aroma of violets and stewed fruit, followed by hints of earth and spice. Mouthfilling palate flavours of spice, liquorice, toasted oak and plum. On the palate flavours of spice, liquorice, tar and cedar. Fine grained dry tannins, followed by an aftertaste of earth, stewed fruit and tar. Cellar 2-3 years.
