Sans Wandering is located inland, between Perth and Margaret River. Bright, pale straw colour.Delicate nose, with nuances of confectionery and mint over a herbaceous background.The palate is the surprise, as it does not in any way resemble Semillon from any other region, rather, it takes on the Rhone flavours of Voignier.Generous full bodied palate, with the flavours of quince and exotic fruit with the classic Voignier ‘ripe fruit on the turnâ€?palate flavour.Excellent length and mouthfeel with a hint of anice on the back palate, followed by a very long aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years.
