Sans Brilliant straw colour, showing some bottle development. Aroma of spice, melon, fig and butterscotch, followed by oak end notes. The palate displays the flavours of ripe melons, with distinct ripe cantaloupe flavours over peach. Generous mouth feel, with loads of fruit on the palate, dominated by yeast lees and melon. Cellar 1-2 years.
