Sans An elegant, flavour filled Chardonnay.Brilliant, pale gold colour.Impressive nose of cashews, biscuit and yeast lees, followed by end notes of hazelnut and almond, showing considerable complexity.On the palate, hints of toasted oak, grapefruit, roast almonds and biscuit.Excellent length and concentration of flavour. Clean acid finish, followed by a very long hazelnut, almond and biscuit aftertaste.Cellar 3 – 4 years.(2004 – 2005)
