Sans A magnificent Pinot Noir! The wine has not been fined or filtered in order to retain maximum flavour profile. Deep crimson mauve colour â€?powerful, refined nose filled with the aroma of dark cherries, spice, hints of confectionery, liquorice all sorts, followed by hints of damp earth and violets. On the palate the flavours are evolutionary â€?on first impression the flavours of plum, earth, dark chocolate, liquorice and spice begin to blossom after a few seconds and continue to build and build, until the Pinot Power Wave emerges. Velvet smooth tannins. Outstanding length and depth. Perfect balance, followed by an exceptionally long aftertaste. The wine is still in it’s infancy. Cellar 5-8 years (2006-2009).
