Region: It is produced in the area of San Gimignano in the province of Siena, located in central Italy, in the region of Tuscany.

Characteristics: Straw in colour with green hues. Their flagship wine with an exceptional reputation due to the vigneron family having a greater understanding of the terroir. The wine has spent some time aged in oak Barrique resulting in a scent of vanilla and an elegant, even bouquet of ripe fruit. The structure is well rounded, full and has good length with almonds on the back palate.

Serve: 10-12 °C

Try it with: Excellent with any fresh or full flavoured cheeses, such as goat’s cheese and Gorgonzola.
