Sans Arranmore is a tiny 5 acre vineyard in the Adelaide Hills.The vineyard is planted on a high easterly slope at around 1800 feet above sea level on a site that was a market garden for more than a century.The vines are planted at 1 metre spacings – a technique used to minimise vigour by keeping the root system of the vines in strong competition with each other.
