Sans A sophisticated Chardonnay. Brilliant straw colour with delicate green hue. Aroma of spice and honeycombe followed by a hint of lemon. The palate is sophisticated �mouthfilling, quite dry and showing considerable finesse. Layers of honeycombe, cashew, fig and yeast lees emerge, followed by a subtle citrus background. Excellent length and persistence. Very long aftertaste of honeycombe, yeast lees, cashew, spice and anise. Cellar 4-5 years (2008-2009)Alc/Vol: 13.5%
