Sans Very deep black crimson colour with deep crimson hue.Aroma of spice and plum with a hint of liquorice and dark chocolate followed by a vanilla end note.Full bodied palate weight with flavours of mint, dark chocolate and plum emerging.Fine but quite dry tannins, well balanced followed by a very long blackberry, blackpepper and spice aftertaste with dry tannins lingering.Cellar 4-5 years (2007-2008)Alc/Vol: 14.5%
