Sans Fruit for the Meshach Shiraz is sourced from the Grant Burge Filsell Vineyard, where the vines are almost 100 years old, with small amounts also sourced from other old vine vineyards in the Barossa. Matured in a combination of American oak (83%) and French oak (17%) for a period of 21 months, the wine was then aged for a further two and half years before release.
