Sans Very deep crimson mauve colour with deep mauve hue.The nose has a spicy plum note followed by a hint of liquorice, blackcurrant and cedar.The palate length is impressive with flavours of plum and white pepper emerging which are quite persistent.Fine dryish tannins followed by a long white pepper aftertaste.A relatively tight wine that will evolve very well over the next few years.Cellar 3-4 years (2006-2007)Alc/Vol: 14.5%
