Sans Opaque black purple colour and mauve purple hue.The nose displays very good varietal character.Aroma of ripe spiced plum, liquorice followed by a hint of earth.The palate displays good intensity with plum and stewed fruit flavours evident, followed by a blackpepper back palate.Fine dry tannins, very well balanced with long persistent spicey blackpepper aftertaste.Cellar 3-4 years (2006-2007)Alc/Vol: 13.5%
