Sans Very deep crimson mauve colour with deep mauve hue.The nose displays good varietal character with vanilla, spice, blackberry and plum notes evident. The palate is a touch lighter than the nose suggests, with plum spice and stewed fruit flavours dominant over a blackpepper back palate.Fine grained tannins, followed by a plum, stewed fruit aftertaste.Cellar 3-4 years (2006-2007)Alc/Vol: 14.0%
