Sans The blend is comprised of 86% Cabernet and 14% Merlot. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Perfumed nose, with aroma of violets, confectionary, truffles, blackcurrant and cedar. Mouth filling palate with favours of confectionary and black currant, followed by a spicy back palate . Very fine, dry tannins, balanced, with very long aftertaste of confectionary and blackcurrant. Cellar 2-3 years (2006-2007) Alc/Vol 14.0%
