Sans We tasted this wine some months ago, and were keen to taste a second bottle to see which way the wine was headed.Medium body, with crimson colour and deep crimson hue.The nose reveals a hint of cedar, followed by stewed fruit and leather.The tannins appear to be quite dominant.Flavours of stewed fruit, cedar and old leather emerge.There is a sense that the wine is beginning to age, with the fruit dropping away.Aftertaste of stewed fruit, cedar and spice.Cellar 2-3 years (2007-2008)Alc/Vol: 14%RATING: 83/100VALUE: XX/5
