Sans St Huberts is an award winning cool climate winery whose wines display the classic regionalcharacteristics of the acclaimed Yarra Valley. St Huberts helped lead the charge to re-establishthe Yarra Valley as a premium grape-growing region and the vineyard has a history dating back to the 1860s. Today’s vineyards were replanted in 1966 to concentrate on the premium varieties that are now included in this range.
